Tesoro Club on the Treasure Coast has been capturing the attention of golf and nature lovers from around the globe. After undergoing a renaissance by new ownership last year, anticipation and interest has been growing for Tesoro Club’s new Signature Homes Collection. The newly released homesites will overlook the lakes and fairways of the Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, which has received rave reviews and is now home to the PGA Q School and Korn Ferry Tour qualifying events.

A fleet of golf carts will provide guided tours throughout the community to the Club’s popular amenities. The Swim & Racquet Club includes a junior Olympic, zero-edge swimming pool, nine Har-Tru tennis courts, eleven pickleball courts, and two bocce courts. Overlooking the lakes and fairways of the Palmer Course, the three-story landmark Clubhouse offers a wealth of amenities and services. The state-of-the-art Fitness Center provides the latest cardio and strength equipment, including group exercise classes by trained professionals. Salon and spa services provide the opportunity to relax after a workout, while the golf pro shop has everything Members need to stay at the top of their game.

While riding on the golf carts, visitors will be able to see the Arnold Palmer-designed championship golf course that gracefully winds its way through the community. This 7,333-yard, par-72 course reopened in November 2022 and has received acclaim from national publications including Links Magazine, GolfPass, and The Palm Beach Post. It successfully hosted the Astara Golf Championship Qualifier for the 2023 PGA Korn Ferry Tour in January 2023 and the Honda Classic Qualifier in February 2023. In anticipation of another busy golf season, including the host site for the PGA Tour Qualifying Tournament, the course underwent an ambitious maintenance program this summer. A rigorous top-dressing process with Bermuda grass promoted the growth of strong, championship-level playing grass that will last throughout the season.

Beyond the greens, Tesoro Club’s 360-yard driving range was also renovated this summer to assist golfers in perfecting their swing. The practice facilities also include a short-game practice area and a 9,178-square-foot putting green. Customized instruction from PGA Professionals is available to support Members’ goals and style of play.

Taste Executive Chef Guy Rettig’s Culinary Delights

After exploring the community, visitors can head to the Terrace Grill to enjoy light bites and libations curated by Tesoro Club’s Executive Chef Guy Rettig. With a 25-year career in leading culinary teams at platinum-rated golf and yacht communities nationwide, Rettig creates the menus for Tesoro Club’s two dining venues. The Cabanas at the Swim & Racquet Club features cocktails that can easily be taken poolside. The Terrace Grill in the landmark Clubhouse boasts indoor and outdoor seating ideal for enjoying a meal with the refreshing Florida breeze.

See the Signature Homes Collection

Visitors to the “Taste of Tesoro” event will also be able to meet the builders behind the recently introduced Signature Homes Collection. Ecclestone Signature Homes, GHO Homes, and Janssen Construction will be building larger, custom and semi-custom homes on prime golf, wooded preserves, and lakefront homesites. The builders will be constructing cottage homes to estate-sized residences from 2,000 to over 7,500 square feet that match the homeowner’s vision.
