Representatives from each builder met with guests to answer questions about Tesoro’s new home construction. From cottage homes to expansive estate properties, AR Homes-Beachland, Ecclestone Signature Homes, GHO Homes, and Janssen Custom Home Builders, LLC, are currently building custom and semi-custom homes on prime golf, wooded preserves, and lakefront homesites. Toll Brothers is constructing 54, one- and two-story homes in Vicino, ranging from 2,500 square feet to more than 3,500 square feet. The Gordon model showcases contemporary features, golf and lakefront views, and personalized options. At Bella Villagio, model homes by WCI Communities feature the Giulia, Poppi, and Angelo floor plans, offering spacious living areas from 2,000 square feet to 3,100 square feet, with modern coastal interiors and lakefront views.

Guests toured the country club amenities at Tesoro Club’s Swim & Racquet Club, receiving an up close and personal view of the junior Olympic-size pool, zero-edge swimming pool, nine Har-Tru tennis courts, 11 pickleball courts, and two bocce ball courts. Guests also enjoyed the tranquil, poolside views at The Cabanas restaurant conveniently located at the Swim & Racquet Club.

Experience Championship Golf at Tesoro: Guests Tour the Iconic Palmer Course and Enjoy Scenic Views

Next on the tour, the Palmer Course, a championship golf course designed by Arnold Palmer that sprawls across the community. Spanning 7,333 yards and featuring a par-72 layout, this course hosted the Astara Golf Championship Qualifier for the Korn Ferry Tour (2023) and The Honda Classic Qualifier for the PGA Tour (2023), as well as hosted the Cognizant Classic Qualifier in 2024. Beyond the stunning course views, light bites and libations created by the Terrace Grill’s culinary team delighted all guests.
