Terrace Grill, located within the landmark Clubhouse, invites Members to enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner while enjoying the Florida breezes. This indoor-outdoor venue pairs elevated cuisines with stunning vistas of the Palmer golf course. The menu showcases a refined twist on classics like sandwiches, burgers, salads, and flatbreads. However, the real excitement comes from the rotating specials that introduce global flavors. The current lunch special is a tuna tataki, an authentic Japanese dish featuring gently seared, sesame-crusted tuna with a zesty soy-based dipping sauce.
Meet the Executive Chef Behind It All
At the heart of Tesoro Club’s culinary experience is Executive Chef Christian Vasquez. He oversees every aspect of the menus, creating authentic dishes that keep Members coming back for more. Throughout his 30-year career, Chef Vasquez has helmed the kitchens of some of the top golf clubs and private communities in Port St. Lucie and South Florida. While Members remember him for his Florida fusion and Latin American cuisines, his global ventures and passion for food have led him to master a wide array of culinary styles. Southern, Italian, and Asian are just a few of the other cuisines featured on his menus.

The Club’s monthly Cabanas Pop-Up Dinner Series highlights a different cuisine each month. Recently, Members enjoyed an Asian-themed dinner where Chef Vasquez put a modern twist on classic dishes. Every Thursday, The Cabanas combines friendly competition and delicious food with bocce, pickleball, and pizza events. Terrace Grill regularly hosts lively bingo nights and engaging trivia sessions that have quickly become Member favorites. The dining venues also celebrate holidays with special events, such as a mouthwatering barbecue for the Fourth of July, a traditional Irish dinner for St. Patrick’s Day, and festive meals for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and more.
