Timothy Jones

As a leading New York investor and CEO of Robert Martin Company, LLC., Timothy Jones has a track record of successfully acquiring, developing, and managing land and commercial properties throughout New York and Florida. With a current portfolio of more than six million square feet of properties and 200 acres of developable land, RMC is Westchester County’s leading real estate development firm with a retail value above $2 billion. Jones was also recently named one of 914 Magazine’s 2022 CEOs of the Year for his achievements in the real estate industry. In 2019, while seeking additional investment opportunities within Florida’s emerging Treasure Coast area, Jones spearheaded the acquisition of Tesoro Club and is currently working with his team of experienced real estate and lifestyle developers to refurbish all the facilities.

Roderick O’Connor

Best friend and close associate of Jones, Roderick O’Connor is also a New York developer with a long pedigree of real estate projects across the country. After beginning his career on Wall Street, O’Connor founded ROC Group, Inc. in 1991, focusing on purchasing various types of real estate assets throughout the United States. In late 1992, he merged ROC with Brickman Associates, where he and Bruce Brickman were responsible for building a diverse portfolio of office buildings, residential, and hospitality properties across the nation, with over $3 billion of total capital. After 20 years, O’Connor resigned from Brickman to pursue building ROC Group, Inc. into a family-owned and operated real estate company. O’Connor intends to leverage his reputation for working on complex transactions and his hands-on investment approach to ensure the creation of superior residential communities for his families.

Tucker Frederickson

South Florida native and respected real estate developer, Tucker Frederickson brings Palm Beach Club and hospitality expertise to the Tesoro Club team. After a successful career as a collegiate football star at Auburn University and a number one draft choice for the New York Giants, Frederickson turned to real estate, specializing in golf course communities. Frederickson is a longtime associate of Jack Nicklaus and was a driving force behind the exclusive Bear’s Club in Jupiter and the Jupiter Ritz-Carlton Golf Club and Spa. He has also been a managing partner for numerous notable South Florida establishments, including Medalist Golf Club and one of Jupiter’s premier waterfront restaurants, 1000 North.
